A lowly bug hero is sent to the deepest point of the sewers. He and his miniature UFO pal find legions of rats being forced into slavery by mysterious villains that are conducting strange and horrific experiments.
While this is happening, a dangerous young man kidnaps a woman and bring her down to the sewers to search for something extremely deadly.
